Antiquity Texas is quite a build! It's an 1800s period sim. The capitol building is very detailed on the outside, and the inside there are historical pictures of Texan officials, as well as shops and period pieces. Thank you Fearchar Enoch for recommending this site, and I'm sorry I had forgotten it was you!
Here's a notecard detailing the informtation from creators, Pixapao Xeno, President of Texas' Jocho Cortes, General of the Texas Army; and Jacon Cortes, Texas Attorney General!
